Delivery times

Our regular delivery times are 2 to 3 days*

* our delivery times may be longer due to all Corona measures at our manufacturers. You will be informed about this by email.

Shipping and shipping costs
All prices mentioned are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 5.95 excluding VAT.

The order will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Shipping is offered by DPD for delivery.

Depending on the size and value of the order, the order will be sent as letterbox or parcel post.
A package is presented at the door by DPD. DPD may deliver the package to the neighbors if there is no response.
After two unsuccessful calls, you can pick up the package at the nearest DPD Pickup address.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day.
a) for sales contracts:
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good;
b) for contracts where the consumer has ordered several goods in the same order that are delivered separately: on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last good.

If you are not satisfied with the item, you can return it at your own expense within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Please report returns in advance via info@zorgkleding.nl or via your account on the website. Only returns with an attached card and as much as possible in the original packaging will be accepted.
After receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within 14 days. In case of return after 14 days of receipt, we will no longer pay out the full amount.
1-14 days 100%
15-21 days 80%
21-30 days 50%
No reimbursement is possible after 30 days.

Please note: unstamped returns are not accepted. A return shipment must always be sufficiently stamped.

We advise you to use a track & trace shipment via a shipper for a return.
As a result, there are no disputes between sender and receiver and the package can always be traced.
Zorgkleding.nl reserves the right to refuse returns or to refund only part of the amount paid, if it is suspected that the item has already been used or washed, if the item is damaged and/or soiled as a result of use. or when you have attempted to repair the defect yourself.

exchange
If the size or color of an item you have ordered is not right, you can always exchange this item within 14 days.

Give prior to via info@zorgkleding.nl which article you want to exchange, as well as the desired color and/or size.

If the item/color/size is no longer in stock, we will contact you.
Exchange takes place on the basis of shared postage costs. If you have received a (partially) wrong order, Zorgkleding.nl will take care of sending the correct items at its expense.
