The Danish Sanita Footwear A/S was founded in 1907 by Mr. Christen Melgard Andersen. He was proud of the craftsmanship of the handmade clog. These clogs are sold and worn in more than 50 countries worldwide. A new tree is placed for every tree that is used for the wooden soles, because sustainability is also a top priority at Sanita. The anatomically shaped footbed ensures a good posture and relieves the back and knees and provides comfort for the feet.
